this is my ultimate FAV breakfast go to.
when on prep, you gotta get c r e a t i v e. Sometimes you miss pancakes, omelettes, and want oatmeal all at the same time. This is my way of making a combo of it all. Since I am only allowed specific ingredients to my breakfast meal here is a way to spice things a little up.
I n g r e d i e n t s
1/2 cup Quaker raw oats
1/2 cup egg whites
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
2 packets Stevia
pam cooking spray
*optional Walden Farms Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
D i r e c t i o n s
Heat pan on Medium heat + spray pam cooking spray
In Medium Bowl Mix egg whites, stevia, and cinnamon
Pour Egg white mix into heated pan- immediately after sprinkle raw oats all over the egg whites, and let the egg whites cook until you start to see it turn white.when egg white is harden flip over to cook the other side & sprinkle more cinnamon if you like.
If you want a pancake vibe leave as is, if you want a omelette vibe pour some blueberries in the middle and fold egg white in half was its cooking.
Total of 7-10 mins I should be ready.
Slide onto plate pour the rest of your blueberries over + if you want a real sweet pancake feel with n o s u g a r top off with Walden Farms Sugar Free Pancake Syrup.
